Can I get other service work done on my vehicle while it is in the body shop?
Located right next door to Jack’s Auto Body is one of the area’s finest auto mechanic shops run by Jack’s brother, KC Kim. KC’s technologically advanced auto-mechanics facility is equipped with the latest repair and diagnostic tools to provide you unsurpassed efficiency and dependability while your vehicle’s body work is being done.
How long will the repairs to my vehicle take?
Jack’s Auto Body will include in the estimate how much time it should take to complete your vehicle’s repairs. On average, drivable cars that are scheduled to be brought in on Monday are in most cases delivered back to the customer by Friday of the same week, depending on the extent of work required. We would be glad to discuss the specific needs of your vehicle to ensure your estimate is as accurate as possible.
How can I get a rental car?
If you need a rental car while your car is being repaired, we can help you make the necessary arrangements. Insurance companies will usually pay for a rental car provided that you have elected for rental car coverage on your policy. Check your policy and/or call your insurance provider to find out if you have rental coverage and what special conditions may apply.
How will I know when my car is done?
Jack’s will notify you by phone when your vehicle is ready to be picked up. Feel free to call at any time during the repair process if you have questions or concerns.
Do I have to pay a deductible?
The amount of deductible that you will be responsible for is determined by your insurance policy. If your policy covers standard collision, you will have to pay your deductible regardless of whether you were at fault. If your policy covers broad collision–and you were not at fault–your insurance company will, in most cases, waive your deductible. Insurance companies determine fault by your written or verbal statement about the accident at the time you make the claim. If police were involved at the scene of the accident, your insurance provider will also coordinate with the police department to review the accident report.
Who do I pay my deductible to?
If your deductible is not waived by your insurance provider, it will be your responsibility to pay Jack’s Auto Body when you pick up your vehicle. If you aren’t sure about your deductible, you can call us and we can tell you whether your insurance company has waived your deductible or whether it will be your responsibility.
What forms of payment do you accept?
The easiest and most convenient way to pay for your portion of the vehicle repairs is with a major credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Of course, cash and checks are always welcome.
